How I Work
Step 1 - Book your session and choose a time that works for you. You will receive a confirmation so we can hit the ground running on the call.
Step 3 - Receive your session recording within 48 hours. If you booked the Plus bundle, your Task Map and strategy notes will follow within 48 hours of the call.
Step 2 - On the 30-min Zoom call, we work through the LITE Delegation Framework together, map your tasks and get clear on what is ready to hand over.
Step 4 - Take action! Use what we uncovered to start delegating with confidence. If you want help with the implementation or want to explore working together longer-term, my door is open.
