I’m Kiibaati, and if we were sitting together over coffee, I’d tell you that I became a Virtual Assistant because I understand first hand what it takes to run a business.
My career in corporate roles has spanned across various industries such as accountancy, professional services, insurance and contact centres. I was the administrator who spotted the missing details, caught the deadlines before they slipped, and kept everyone calm when things got hectic. Over time, I realised I didn’t just enjoy making things run smoothly, I thrived on it!
The Bright Light VA was birthed in 2022 and grew out of a simple belief - business owners shouldn’t have to choose between growing their business and having a life. I bring support by taking care of the admin, the organisation and the background work that keeps everything moving, so you can focus on the parts of your business that light you up.
Outside the VA world, I love movies, and being creative with crafting (when inspiration strikes!) I have an ever-growing collection of fonts I “might use one day”.
My faith anchors me, my family keeps me laughing and I believe that how we treat people is as important as what we achieve.
